Front and rear lights on the e-scooter
The taillight mounted on the rear fender is much too low, sometimes even outside the driver's field of vision. Because both the front and rear lights are positioned in the center of your scooter, drivers often can't judge your width in the dark, rain, or poor visibility, and overtake too closely. The danger is especially high when turning, as your hand signals are unreadable in the dark, if you can even give them at all.

Helmets with turn signals
Helmets with rear-facing turn signals can be really dangerous. If you activate the left turn signal and then check your blind spot, you'll accidentally rotate the left turn signal indicator on the helmet to the right. In the worst-case scenario, the car will think you're turning right and hit you head-on when you're actually turning left. The remote control, which needs to be mounted and charged separately, is also a nuisance.
